Frequently Asked Questions Ver. 1.0

1. How long have you been doing this?
I've probably been at it for about 5 months now. I just started, so I only have a few peices of completed work under my belt. More will come with time I guess. Stay tuned.

2. What kind of paint do you use?
I use acrylic paints as a base and blend them with different paint mediums to create paints that stick to leather and other materials on the shoe.

3. What materials can you work with?
So far, I've only done all-leather sneakers - Nike Dunks, Nike Air Max 90s, Air Force 1s etc. I cannot paint nubuck, patent leather, stripped leather, rubber or midsoles/soles. I can try and dye different materials, but nothing is guaranteed.

4. Does the paint crack or chip?
No, the paint I've mixed has not chipped or cracked so far. I have a few clients that have worn my work already and I have not heard of any chipping or cracking of the paint. But I will keep everyone posted on any cracking issues in the future and see if I can correct the problem.

5. What kind of sneakers can you paint for me?
Anything, as long as it's mostly leather. I prefer an all white or all black sneakers to work with, but I can work with most sneakers in any color you choose. Examples: Nike Dunks, Nike Air Force 1s, Flight 89s etc. in various colorways.

6. Can you create any colorway I request?
I take my primary colors (red, blue, and yellow) and mix them to the best of my ability to try and match your colorway. If I can't match it, I'd have to buy special colored paints, which cost extra. Metalics, flake paints and flourescent paints also cost extra and are only available upon request.

7. Do you create custom sneakers based on special requests?
Yes, I only do customs upon request. My contact is on the main page.

8. Do I need to be specific on colorways, styles, patterns, shoe choice etc.?
No, but I do prefer that you be specific with colors and sneaker choice as it makes it easier for me to do my job to your liking.

9. How long do I have to wait for my customs?
From the date of invoice, it would take approximately 3-5 weeks depending on the shoe, colorway, complicated patterns etc. For example, solid green may take only a few days, whereas green camo might take longer because of the complexity of the art work. It also depends on how backed up I am from other orders.

10. Do I have to provide the shoes for you?
Not necessarily. I do prefer that you provide the shoes (shipped or local meet-up)but if not, I can order the shoes for you or buy them locally as long as you let me know of the make, model, size and colorway. For an online order, you can also send me a link of where I can order the particular sneaker you are interested in.

11. How much does each pair cost?
It solely depends on how much work needs to be done and how many orders I currently have. If I have to provide the sneakers for you, the price of the sneakers and shipping/brokerage charges will be applied to your final invoice along with paint and labor. Contact me via e-mail for a price quote.

12. What do I need to provide when I order?
I'll need the following information:

Personal Information
- Full Name
- Shipping/Billing Address
- Contact Number
- Method of payment

Custom Sneaker Information
- Make, model and colorway of the sneaker to be custom painted.
- Request for in-house order (if applicable)
- colorway / pattern of your choice
- special accessories you wish to add (cost extra): metal hang tags, retro cards, extra laces, custom boxes etc.

13. How do I order and what forms of payment do you take?
You can contact me via e-mail on the main page with the proper information I need. I take Paypal, Money Order and concealed cash at your own risk. I also take cash via local meet-ups. Any completed invoice will be e-mailed back to you in PDF form. I will also send you an e-mail a few days prior to finishing your pair of custom sneakers.

If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
